About Fastype

Fastype is a simple typing-speed practice website inspired by classic typing tests. It lets you type for 60 seconds, see your WPM and accuracy, and compare with the top 20 users in the last 24 hours.

How the ranking works

• Each player can appear once with their best score in the current 24-hour window.
• The leaderboard shows only the top 20 players.
• Scores automatically drop off after 24 hours.

Data and safety summary

• We collect only what is needed for gameplay and leaderboard display.
• We do not sell personal data.
• Session and score records are time-limited and automatically expire.
